Features and Benefits 

Diversified nozzle configuration: According to STD JIS D 0203 standard,S1 test uses 40 nozzles, and the S2 test also uses 40 nozzles but with greater spray pressure and flow; R1 and R2 tests use two nozzles.The long tube spray 40 nozzles with a diameter of 1.2mm and a spacing of 12.5mm. The short pipe sprinkler has two 0.5mm thin seams.

R1 test conditions:

- Water spray pressure: 0.3kgf/cm² (about 4.3psi).

- Flow rate: 0.8 gal/min (about 3.2 L/min).

- Test duration: 10 minutes.

- Spray water using 2 nozzles.

R2 Test conditions:

- Water spray pressure: 0.1kgf/cm² (about 1.4psi).

- Flow rate: 0.5 gal/min (about 1.9 L/min).

- Test duration: 10 minutes.

- Spray water using 2 nozzles.

S1 Test conditions:

- Water spray pressure: 1kgf/cm² (about 14.2 psi).

- Flow rate: 6.5 gallons/min (about 24.5 L/min).

- Test duration: 30 minutes.

- Water spraying with 40 nozzles.

S2 Test conditions:

- Water spray pressure: 3kgf/cm² (about 42.7 psi).

- Flow rate: 10.3 gal/min (about 39.2 L/min).

- Test duration: 60 minutes.

- Water spraying with 40 nozzles.

Real rain simulation: the turntable can be rotated and the height can be adjusted to make sure sample get full angle rain spray, and the shaft of the water supply pipe is 45° with the horizontal line,which further enhances the authenticity of the rain test.

Good observation conditions: the JIS D 0203 rain spray chamber adopts transparent observation window equipped with automatic wiper to facilitate observe the internal test situation in real time; LED light is installed at workroom.
